Worksite Photos

Terms of Service

Last updated September 14, 2026.

The service

Worksite Photos provides apps and a website for capturing, verifying, organizing and sharing jobsite photos. By creating an account you agree to these terms. The service is available to businesses in the United States at launch.

Your content

You own your photos, reports and data. You grant us only the license needed to store, process, verify and deliver them as you direct. You are responsible for having the right to photograph what you photograph and for how you use the results.

Verification

A verification record shows that a specific file existed, unchanged, at a specific time, on an attested device, at the recorded location. It does not certify what the photo depicts. Whether a record is accepted in any dispute is up to the parties and the forum involved.

Plans and billing

No lockout

When a trial or subscription ends, your account becomes read-only and export of all originals, reports and records remains available for at least 90 days. We do not hold data hostage.

Acceptable use

Do not upload content you have no right to, attempt to forge or tamper with verification records, abuse guest seats to avoid paying for field users, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do, with notice and export still available.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and your data safe, and the apps keep working offline, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. The service is provided as is.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes are emailed to account owners before they apply. Questions: hello@worksitephotos.com.
